Angelique Johnson from Kempton Park Karate Club has recently been awarded the Grand Champion Trophy for the FCMA Gauteng Open Championships held on 19 March 2022 for winning all her divisions at this event.

WMO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
Blackpool, England from 1 to 9 November 2019
Kempton Park Karate Club competed in the WMO World Championships held in Blackpool, England from 1 to 9 November 2019:
Senpai Angelique Johnson represented South Africa and achieved the following results: Semi Contact 2nd, Light Contact 2nd, Kumite 2nd, Traditional Kata 3rd.
Senpai Henni Johnson also represented South Africa as a coach.
Both received their Protea National Colours.
